I've seen those, thank you. I prefer to have a physical copy of most reference material, stuff on the 'net tends to disappear.

Don't get your hopes up but I am trying to find my copy of Bill's book.
I took it work 4 years ago and it has been passed around and will have to see who ended up with it.
I'll keep you informed
