"Sunnen's complete cylinder head and engine rebuild book by John G. Edwards" Sunnen's product number for the book is A-9000 , there is no ISBN printed in the book.
I bought my copy on line, you could also try Watson's Precision Tooling in Brisvegas, Sunnen's Australian distributor.
Repco also did a "Repco Engine Service Manual" isbn 0 909638 00 4 pretty old but still has relevant information.

"ACL Engine Manual" isbn 0 85566 680 3
If you want to know why engine components are the way they are "Automotive Engine Design" by William H. Crouse sbn 07 014671 3
Some of these books are getting on, but they still have relevant information.
