I've hit 5 deer with my 89 ford ranger...ever since I installed my el'cheapo summit brand muffler on it I haven't hit another yet. I still see them on the side of the road but they are stopped and looking my way now when I see them rather than trying to run across.

Added to that, imagine a Ferrari not making a sound. I don't think I would be interested.
Or worse, imagine a race were the cars wouldn't make a sound.
You can put speakers on the car and record the sound of any engine, imagine your Tesla sounding like a top fuel hemi.
It still won't be the same as the real thing.

India only sells about 3 million cars a year. So switching their fleet to electric cars by 2030 is no big deal.

China builds 28 million cars per year; switching over to electric cars is a very big deal.
Particularly since China likes big cars, not econoboxes.

Imagine this ...... "what if" ..... the increased intensity and concentration of EMF resulting from a 100% electric vehicle fleet causes such a disturbance in the flux that chronic neuronal interference and abnormal brain activity occurs in the general population. (the real problem would be how would we know with all the disturbed people at large already) The ginormously hugely big league number of electric cars (and charging systems) will intensify the flux so much it will cause the Earth's magnetic poles to shift, flip, twist, decay, intensify, reverse, etc. (pick one) and fish, birds, bees, Monarch butterflies, whales, geese, (again, pick one or several) will not be able to migrate and clouds will A: form in excess, or B: not be able to form at all, (again, pick one) and A: Global Warming, or B: Global Cooling, will result in civilization's imminent destruction due to, A: Flood, B: Famine, C: Freezing to death, D: Dying of thirst, (again pick one and notify manbearpig to get busy with the EMF Credits Exchange we will need to prevent this catastrophe) so there

IF the sale if NEW fossil fuel vehicles was restricted, the result for me, is i would probably have 3x demand for my services repairing older engines.
I love America, but if this is true, perhaps I should move to one of these more socialist areas? I don't think it will happen here.

The US consumes the equivalent of 473Million kw continuously of electrical power.

US Autos consume gasoline that is equivalent to 545Million kw continuously.

With the efficiency of batteries and chargers how much more electrical power will be needed? 600M kw or 700M kw?

Power plants are being closed all over the country, where will all of that energy come from if the US converts to electric cars?

The power companies will have to build more nuclear fueled plants to meet that kind of demand it's the only way.

I lived through the time that the much ballyhooed Wankel engine was going to put all auto shops out of business.
I am not concerned about the electric car.

Now, if they come up with the zero point module I am on board and will adapt.
