Torque Master 90 Day Trial BBC Question

Post by skinny z »

I've had quite a bit of time to mess around with the TM program using various data points of a SBC project.
Today, I went about a BBC spec and found that the BBC hasn't been coded yet.

Is this a free trial thing or a project still in the works?
Thanks in advance.

From July 2020.

I want to thank Mike / Pastry_Chef for all of his help during the development of the Pontiac version. I am, although very slowly working on a BBC SRT version. I have no idea of any time frame when it will even be ready for someone to "BETA" test.

I have since Pulled the Pontiac stuff out of TMC and have stopped any work on the BBC stuff. Since before July 2020 David has been very busy and I have not been able to get any of his time to look at TMC.

Thanks for that Stan.
Well, at least the SBC stuff is functional and that's my primary area of interest.
Hopefully, it'll all come around eventually.
Thanks again.

Skinny,

I have been working on the BBC program for a while now but I have run into a bit of a snag. The BBC program needs a re-write of some of the SBC polynomials that work in conjustion with each other concerning multiple corrections as stroke lenght increases. This is far from as simple as it at first looks because chamber shape for any given CR ratio changes and that in turn has a effect on combustion efficiency. I have now found that my brain hemorage and subsequent emergency brain operations have deprived me of some of my math skills. bottom line is I will have to find a different method to compute the factors concerned. At present i have no ideas as to how I might do this. But I refuse to be beaten!!!

I have gotten from David provisional information for a BBC HRT version. And that has now moved into preliminary testing mode.

Is that recently Stan? David hasn't posted on S-T for two months and I was hoping his absence was due to workload rather than health issues.

Here is a new 14 Day trail version for anyone interested. It contains what David calls a "Provisional Function" for Big Block Chevy Hydraulic Roller Tappet cams and other engine parts.

Stan

PS File removed as it timed out.

I have been busy and have not had time to work on this. So I am just going to put it up what I have done and see what you think. Here is a new 30 Day trail version for anyone interested. It contains what I will call an "ALPHA version" for Big Block Chevy Solid Roller Tappet cams and other engine parts.

Stan

File does not work it will come up and say it is out dated.

Both David and I have been busy and have had almost no time to work on this. But for anyone that maybe interested, the Big Block Chevy Solid Roller Tappet cams and other engine parts is now in "Beta" testing.
