PipeMax v4.70 correlations to Vizard's IOP program ( IOP : Induction Optimization Program )
Step 1 : use PipeMax version 4.70 to calculate these values :
Maximum Piston CFM Demand
Intake Port Mach Number to use in Vizard's IOP
in PipeMax v4.70 , input these values :
measure both Intake and Exhaust Port's Port Volume CC's
measure both Intake and Exhaust Port's Port CenterLine Lengths
measure both Intake and Exhaust Port's Port Flowbench CFM at Cam's maximum Valve Lifts
make PipeMax exactly matchup to your Port Volume CC's
Step 2 : in PipeMax v4.70 , click on [ Piston Flow Demand ] TAB
scroll all the way down to see the new calculated values in PipeMax v4.70
you will need the PipeMax v4.70's "Intake Port Mach Number" to use in Vizard's IOP program
.... see this Picture below :
Step 3 : in Vizard's IOP program , click the [ User (*) ] enters his own Mach Number value
then enter PipeMax v4.70's "Intake Port Mach Number"
then enter PipeMax v4.70's "CSA" value , ( the Cross-Sectional-Area value in PipeMax v4.70 ) into Vizard's IOP program
then enter all the rest of Vizard's input values
now Vizard's IOP Program should correlate closely to PipeMax's Peak HP RPM point
