great Porting Job + Engine combo !!! =D>

i ran it thru PipeMax v4.70 :

Calculated Exhaust Port Flow @28in.= 287.0000 -to- 307.3362 CFM @ 1.065019 Lift (no Flow Pipe)
User's Exhaust Port Flow input @28in.= 287.0000 CFM @ 0.955000 Valve Lift (no Flow Pipe)

Average Exhaust Temps = 1037.8 DegF

Exhaust Header Type = --- Primary Tube Specs : Race Header • Multiple Steps ---
--- 2-Step Primary Pipe Specs --- ( Total Length= 24.585 to 26.835 inches )
1st Step Diameter inches= 1.990 Length= 12.292 to 13.417 inches
2nd Step Diameter inches= 2.115 Length= 12.292 to 13.417 inches

your Header Tubes= 2.000, 2.125 total length = 27.0 long
PipeMax = 1.990, 2.115 rounded-off to nearest commercially avaliable Tube OD's = 2.000, 2.125
PipeMax Lengths= 24.585 to 26.835 .... yours = 27.000

Peak HP Choke-Section Diameter = 3.174 ( Choke-Section Length = 1.000 inches )
Peak HP Megaphone Diameter Start = 3.237
Peak HP Megaphone Diameter End = 4.037
Peak HP Megaphone Total Length = 11.195 inches -or- ( 5.098 inches = possibly greater High RPM HP )

PipeMax Collector Choke= 3.237 yours=3.250
PipeMax Collector Outlet OD = 4.037 yours=4.000

pretty good matchup !

Very nice Chad, I just wish it had a tad bit more compression :mrgreen:
