PM problem

I am trying to send a PM to Beverly to purchase one of the books that Don wrote. For some reason I get this message when I try to send the PM.

“ Some users couldn’t be added as they have disabled private message receipt.”

Any help as to what I might be screwing up would be helpful. Thanks.

I just PM'd her, and asked her to PM you.

I bought the hp chain book and she replied promptly with a tracking number. Keep at it

Mike, thanks for reaching out to her for me. I received a PM from her, but for some reason it is still not letting me send a PM. This 8s what it looks like. I put her user name in one time and a second time I replied to the PM she sent me. After trying to send this screen pops up and it removes the name from the recipient box.
