For reference the head flow is simply remarkable, particularly considering it was a truck engine designed in 1960 with a 1.89 valve. It's a bit weird to flow since 1/2 of the intake manifold is in the head casting. There are 2 inlet openings, each splitting into 3 cylinders. I flowed it with the 1/2 manifold as open as possible (core plugs, other cylinders) to try to make the results comparable to a typical bare head flow test.

The stock untouched NOS head and valves went 208 cfm @ .600" without any horrible flow separation.

With a good valve job and a few sharp corners knocked off, but no real porting it went 236 cfm.

Can you imagine the IR Argentinean head?

No wonder these things can make power!

But you put that wacked full intake system on it the flow dropped to 181 cfm @ .470" lift, the highest I could get with seals installed.
