I think the 60' will help big time to get it going. This was a licence pass. We are at 1.27's 60' and 6.02 660' at 114 mph and 9.50's out the back right at 140 mph now.redliner wrote: ↑Mon May 28, 2018 1:03 pm Hi guys, Can you tell me what you think of these numbers and where there is room for improvement? Don't know what this is for sure?Liberty faceplated TKO 600
Over-drive 6 speed tranny?
I'd say the MPH is good for the ET's, so probably not getting good launch, or spending time on shifts?

Yes it is a 4-speed transmission with a .64-1 overdrive. It has been modified with faceplated gears by Liberty Trans. 1.44 60' is best so far. Shifts a bit slow.. true but will improve. ThanksJohn Wallace wrote: ↑Mon May 28, 2018 8:57 pmDon't know what this is for sure?Liberty faceplated TKO 600

Re: Critique 1/4 mile run
Seeing your pictures of the car (bad ass) is the 60' from the rear wheels?
If so a set of bars are needed. Been there and almost lost the car 2 years ago.

Gosh I dont think so... it is heavy!!!! 3100lbs! Street car!!!! I need some wheelie bars... usually the bumper just gets tapped enough to loosen after a GOOD night.... I am changing the 4- link... lookin to run 10.0s with THIS combo! I ran 131 mph but it spun a bit at the top of first gear, I lifted, pulled second and ran 10.306 @ 131.

I am surprised the car works as good as it does! I am saving for some Strange double adjustable coilovers

Re: Critique 1/4 mile run
I have a 4 link with junk shocks. I am saving for Strange double adjustable coil overs. The car ( 3100 lbs) has 50/50 front/ rear weight bias, would you care to give me your opinion on what weight spring to get when I order the shock which has 6" of travel? I have a video of the 10.30 run but cannot get it to upload. I will be honest... the run indicated earlier felt like it spun at the top of first gear so I lifted, pulled 2nd and then got thru the rest of the gears as I should have. Tonight I raised the top bar in the front, one hole but all testing is no good until I get the shocks.John Wallace wrote: ↑Tue May 29, 2018 9:05 pm You have a 4 link setup or changing to a 4 link later?

Re: Critique 1/4 mile run
Not sure on the spring rate.
It depends on some data on the suspension, around 200 lbs probably?
Try this link:
Spring Rate
I made many launches on my car to see where the bars needed to be for a good 'hook'.
(I have ladder bars though, 4 links lot more adjustments)
Some made a huge improvement in hooking. Then start on the springs, then the shocks.
