Building new motor for dirt car 350 60 over 906 vortec heads 4 vr hyper pistons stock crank and rods Victor Jr copy intake 600 single line Holley on e85 also 750 dual line 750 depending on track stock rockers 2700# car 3/8 and 1/2 mile banked track probably min 3500 rpm in corners 6500 to 6800 rpm and of straight. I have a comp 280 camshaft that's free i personally don't think it's big enough myself any thoughts on this or a offshelf recommendation i am looking at an Elgin grind with 500 lift 302 advertised duration 106 lobe separatition 3200 to 6500 power range I like everything about can but I think it's a bit much on duration help

I don't mind a custom grind either just trying to get some ideas. Thanks

Really, call Mike Jones.

I'm really impressed with his way of doing business. Weather right or wrong, PC correct or not, he will be straight up with you and not blow smoke up your ass. EVEN if it means costing the sale.

The man grew up around cams and stuff, and unlike others on this site, he's not just a salesman that farms work out.
