Define what operations you intend to perform. The VGS 20 has some strengths and some very real weaknesses.

In my opinion the DCM is worth $20k or so
The VGS if it’s tooled up nice $15k
The market has been flooded with VGS-20 lately. They are good machines but do have some down falls.

Pretty sure that's Ron Winterhoff of Ron's porting service. If so, he has a handle on what he needs.

I sold a white VGS20 with maroon stripes a couple of years ago with very little use. Fairly limited tooling, sold for $16,000, seemed fair at the time.

I would agree with the $20,000 on the DCM. Maybe more considering it's that new. New one is probably close to 50K today.

We've got the Tobin-Arp PH1900 variant, essentially the same machine, but without the air float table. It's tooled, adjustable seat cutters, Harley-Davidson ball driver, the bars for the older Sunnen tooling, upgraded with a VFD. We wouldn't mind keeping it, but would let it go for $15,000.
