Any body use cast iron rings with nos or should I use moly faces rings 200 shot

Get a steel top ring. I got mine from Total Seal. $$$ but worth it to me.

Ditch the cast iron rings and use steel or ductile iron top ring with NOS. Grey ion second ring will be fine, but the top ring is critical.
