What’s this Holley C1AE-9510-V list 2143 ?

Found this in my junk and I’m clearing things out..was told it’s from a Ford and it’s special.

Don’t think so..because no Fords are special

1961 390 carb, 4160, it's not special, but would make a Chevy much cooler.

It's not clear if its for a solid lifter 390 by my book, but I don't think it is, I think the C1AE-U/2142 is the hipo carb / solid lifter engine
