Re: Jon Kaase tips and tricks
Thanks for sharing, great video. The section on rod bolt stretch was very interesting, Kaase was looking at a cheat sheet about bolt stretch and clamping force, does anybody have a source or link to such info?

John seems like a very down to earth guy.... I heard about the rust in headers being pulled into cylinders years ago...
VERY good info.... I wish I saw the tip on pushrod clearincing a few years ago.... very cool!!!

Just copied his piston vice setup. I have three sets of pistons to modify and was not inclined to spend $1000 for the other vices out there.
The rust in the headers is a big thing. Bet a lot of guys don't take that into account when they think about "cheap headers".

Great info for sure and I don't want to sound like an ingrate, but am I the only one being driven mad by the horrible acoustics? I think he needs to carpet the shop walls before his next seminar.

I was more interested in what the man had to say, guess the acoustics wasn't a factor for me.
The dyno mufflers was the golden tidbit I gleaned from it. All was good!
