i have a few for the large valve seats 2 -2.5 dia.that i don't use anymore

so the tool holding "fork" is for the larger stuff. but the ball head driver is a ball head driver I assume?

no it's specific to the size of seat you use it on, the smaller one have a few different size range but the large ones i have are for 2' and larger seats up to about 3 '

picture of ball heads together shows the large and smaller ball head tool w/ same ball head size, tape shows from center of pilot to outside distance of cutter blade which would be roughly 3"
