Smith Brothers pushrods still alive?

Post by Flo »

Hi,
I used Smith Brothers in the past with 100% great experience.
But for the last week (since Feb 13th) I am trying to reach them by email and phone without any luck to order a set of push rods.
Their website mentions nothing about being shut down due to holidays. Does somebody know soemthing?

They make an excellent pushrod, and have been known for excellent customer service, but my preference is Manton....My buddy called them this last Monday and had his new pushrods in hand Thursday......

I’ve used Manton lately and their service and turn around time is excellent

Eventually got them on the phone, all good. They are just super busy at the moment.

I also ahd great experience with them in the past. Just currently seems difficult to get ahold of them

The machine that answers the phone says procurement time 4 weeks. Nice

We received a set of custom length pushrods for a Powerstroke from Smith Bros. in slightly over a week just last month. We were told 3-4 weeks initially. Great service and quality, not inexpensive though.

Supplying the entire Chevrolet Cup field is hard on a small company. Their service is just about second to none!

I use them regularly, they are about 35 minutes away. Nice product.

Pushrods simply showed up (about 4 weeks after ordering). I guess they were too busy working to answer or send an order confirmation :)

Still one of the most reliable comapnies I ever worked with.
