RPM data logger to laptop, issues

I ran the RPM data logger for a couple seasons, then had to buy a new laptop. Now i get a message saying it can't open the serial port, code ox2. Anybody know how to fix this?

well, after 2 hours with Geek Squad trying to fix it, i took a nap a couple hours later, i clicked on a "connections" link on the web site and hit the right combo! Works! Thanks all
