Phase/Faze 2 Y block heads are spaced evenly like the 289 SBF. The Lincoln Y block heads do not flow significantly better than the Ford Y block as cast. They can be ported to flow near 300 cfm with larger valves. The MEL heads can be ported to flow ~350 cfm with larger valves. They do get thin on the short turn, so less flow is better for longevity and keep a thicker short turn. BTDT. Joe-71
