That is the ticket the police write when they don't catch the other vehicle in a street drag race... LOL.

It's the ticket you get from doing a big long smokey burnout out in the middle of nowhere...and there's a cop hiding out just down the road out of site lol

If you ask them and they didn't do the work they might know of a shop using that name. Doesn't hurt to ask.

I got 2 of those tickets within 6 months back in the 70's and I had to go to court. The Judge said I'll teach you a lesson Son, $180 fine or 3 days in jail. I took the 3 days in jail as that didn't cost me anything, plus I met some nice guys also there.

In NY the heading on the traffic ticket is titled Unsafe start.

I’ve got many of them in the passed!

I went to court and fought a ticket similarly worded.
I plead not guilty and told the judge I was not speeding, I was not screetching my tires, I was not swerving sideways and I was going perfectly straight in my lane.
He asked the officer if that was true and she said yes it's true.

Dismissed.

A week later I pulled her squad car out of a ditch for free on a Sunday.
With my Nova with a spool and 4.56 gears.
She liked me after that because I told no one and she would have got reamed by her superiors as she told me.

It's nice if you get one on your side.

I once got a ticket for "unnecessary display of horsepower". I was proud of that one I was 17 and just built the engine in the truck I was driving. My mom even framed the ticket and hung it in the living room as a joke.
