go to the holley site will give all stock jetting and how carb was built, replacement parts etc. I always set up to stock before tuning.

Recalibrating will be key since this carb was never employed to run on Ethanol cut pump fuel.

73 jet, 5.0 power valve from the factory.

If by pure stock, you're referring to a racing class, does the class require fuel be purchased at the track? And how much if any ethanol is in the mix?

Find a good chassis dyno to set up your individual setup.
A good test is worth a thousand opinions.

Number 75 jets and no power valve; plug it.

With a 4 cylinder track engine, it will get you close.

I was hoping someone would say this ^^ OP could have used the search function and found several old threads and posts about exactly this scenario, 4 cylinder Holley 2bbl, if the search function worked.
