Girdles with poly-locks for a 3/8" stud are available from many places; directly from JOMAR, for one.

Another benefit of the stud girdle is less lost valve motion due to flexing.

You want to pull them out fast, just run more lift then the rocker stud slot has room for!😂

Change the studs to a better grade of steel than stock AND run the stud girdles. Besides all the benefits listed, they absolutely keep poly-locks from loosening during operation. Sure- they get in the way sometimes but so do kids and dogs.

Just don't use an impact wrench and you'll be fine pulling them out

I was thinking about this too (i.e. the flexing causing them to pull out). I appreciate all the feedback!

Oh I'd be sure to make to switch to roller rockers for anything over .500 lift!
