I tried email is 7-10 business days on hold for 48min. in the morning and 61 min. in the afternoon .

Maybe that designates ultra float.
We have saw some of their fu hyd stuff with lobes that went flat. Balsa wood cores ?

It runs in spurts. About a week ago I called and got through in about 10 minutes. I would try a few more times.
