just got off the phone from an hour long call with tech support, regarding our "tech@jonescams.com" email. Supposedly someone was trying to send malware to everyone on the server our website is on, so they have shut down communications with that server, until they get it straightened out. This means, we have not received any emails in the last few days.
Until this gets straightened out, you can email us at jonescams@bellsouth.net.
