Roots, Screw, or Centrifugal (Procharger, Vortech, ESS)?
Roots style blowers like upstream fuel, like a plate under the hat. Screw blowers can also be run this way. Holley, Fueltech or Haltech systems can run a few injectors (or a whole set of '8) at a reduced fuel rate and let the ECM trim the fueling to injectors in the runners. Monitor intake temps to adjust the hat injectors accordingly.

[b]It's a relatively small blower using Eaton TVS four lobe rotors.
It's supposedly a roots but to me it seems more like a cross between a screw and a roots.
It ran fine previously without hat injectors.
The aftercoolers failed and leaked out the coolant. I've removed them and want to retune it.
I've contacted a couple of local tuners but they're reluctant to touch it.
I think it may have been running without coolant for sometime without issues but I'd like to optimize the tune with it as it is now without the aftercoolers.

If the setup was initially on E85 with charge cooling, It really depends on how reliant the tune is to the lower intake temperature by charge cooling.
Under load, the increased charge temp can push the timing threshold too far, finally leading to uncontrolled disassembly of engine parts. E85 is not really dependant on charge cooling per se, but if the original tune is taking proper advantage of it, the tune has to be adressed.
i am sure it would like a new timing table, and perhaps more fuel under load.
If it was running pumpgas with charge cooling, you can make up for the charge cooling delete with E85 for sure. Depending on your setup, this might call for a complete fuel system upgrade and definetly a new tune.
Then perhaps water injection could be a viable option instead.

It's always been on E 85.
It made 625 hp on a hub dyno with 1000cc Bosch injectors and a 525lph pump.
This should be enough for the added fuel it will need.
The two after coolers sat on top of the manifold runners and looked quite restrictive to flow.
I'll add water/meth before the blower if necessary.
