Coming along nicely. Take your time. What type of bits are you using to port?
I'm using a couple of Carbide burrs, a cylinder radius end burr and an oval egg burr for finish work. I need sanding rolls.

Here is the Torker ll placed on the heads and some of my burrs I use for my mods. It should do better than a stock 5001.

My port alignment looks good as the common wall lines up nicely which is what I want.

and my burrs with the top one being the burr I use for my finish/blending since I haven't gotten any sanding rolls.

Here is something neat I found just before I sold my NOS Weiand pre-stealth SBC intake to a guy, so I backed out of selling it to him. It's new and I decided to see how the ports looked with a 1205 gasket on there and all was good. There was so much meat there I popped on a 1206 gasket and to my surprise it also will port that far with a lot left over to seal on the tip of the head, so this intake is now a keeper. I will post a few pictures of this later. Should make for a good undercover nostalgic intake. Might look for a couple more of these at the swaps.

I recently ported a Performer Rpm intake for a sbc, just the regular non air gap version. I had no problems taking it out to a 1206 gasket. The engine it went on runs really good

Toby has started work on my AFR Renegade SBF 8.2 deck intake. Goodbye clover shaped plenum.

Nate
We used to do a bunch of ford intakes for dirt modified racing. We found like runner number 1 was so long that we had to increase it near 35 percent and taper to flange.Allot of times we had to make center 4 smaller just to balance it out.Just porting did little 10 ,15,20 percent bigger not much gain. You really have to get after those long runners.Nice job on getting rid of clover leaf. There is absolutely nothing to be had in a positive light with clover leaf. Nothing!

I put a stock Parker Funnel Web and a stock Vic Jr on a local flowbench a few years back. Outside runners always struggle to keep up with the inside runners. After porting on the PFW, the outers got closer to the inners.

These two AFR 4811 manifolds would be perfect for a back-to-back test. Ported vs stock. Unfortunately, the one on the left is sold. It will be used on a 10.5:1 406 with AFR 210 Eliminator heads. The other will be ported with the clover leaf removed. That one will be paired with a set of AFR 220 Eliminator heads and an NX plate setup.

I wonder if my old V-6 intake could use some more port work.

Since I had two of these at the same time, I thought I'd upload a quick video comparing the two before I shipped one out.

BRODIX HV1016
This is a manifold I've always wanted to try and never seen or read a test on. I own at least 10 dual planes and this one by far is the biggest casting with the largest runners from the carb surface. The casting quality is also the best I own. The divider is almost completely gone as cast.

The ports come cast small (stock double hump size) at the exit. The ports can be easily opened up to FelPro 1207+ if desired with no worries of casting issues. The cross sectional area is tapered to the exit from the common open area. The picture is a new FelPro 1206 and there is still taper in the runner once it starts being a runner from the open area. Nowhere in the manifold is there an area with less cross sectional area as the runner as it works its way to the exit. You can see the taper in all the runners in the pictures. It "looks" much better than other manifolds it will be fun to see how it runs.

Some new 23 Degree intakes that I've been developing. Both in a 4150 and 4500 style with 2 distinct core designs. Machining up next then port matching and finally some dyno time!

Both those intakes look like nice pieces. Nice work.
