I've got the 300-110 back on the bench. I'm in the process of matching and started with a 1205. All runners will work nicely enlarging the ports. Considering port shape and alignment, maintaining the 1205 radius and dimensions is necessary.
As far as the 1206/1266 is concerned, that's a different story. If I go any further on the 2/4 runners and maintain proper taper, I will break through the roof past the mounting flange.

This is something I have been thinking about for your application for a little while-
For your cubes and rpm do you have enough area in the intake manifold??
The way I do it for my 383,6500rpm peak with 1000rpm overspeed is I make the intake runner on manifold have 3/4" taper from opening to flange.
On a 23 degree sbc head the pushrod pinch is usually the first choke due to area restrictions.
I am starting to look at making the longer runners 1,2,7,8 have more CSA at the opening which in turn will have more taper.
Now I am not saying it is the best way to do it but I am trying to work this out for myself and reading what some the smarter guys are saying without giving all the answers away for free.
My opinion for your application is I would expect you to have to weld some runners to get the area required, I understand the equipment and time required for this but you are putting in some major effort on your porting and I for one appreciate your dedication.
Measuring and porting a 23 degree intake manifold is not fun that's for sure.

As I work through through these manifolds, I feel that the Profiler/Wilson and Trick Flow will be the two top competitors for the Edelbrock 2892 on my combo. The others would probably shine on a combo like Weingartner's.
My typical "partial port match" method prevents a choke point at the manifold, as long as the port CSA is larger than the MCSA of the head.
The Trick Flow is a perfect example for your theory on 1,2,7,8.
I've already had a few offers for welding and machining on the 300-110, and I respectfully declined. At this point in time, I'm second guessing my decision.
Measuring and porting on a 23° intake may be tedious, but I enjoy it. How much power? The better question is, how will these manifolds perform against the 2892 on my combo? The first one that gets me booted for exceeding 135 mph will be the winner!

I'm using a set of AFR 220 #1110 Eliminator heads with CNC ports on a 010 block for reference. The ports are 2.220" x 1.310". The AFR 245 Eliminators with CNC ports on the 434 in my car are 2.200" x 1.300". I'm evaluating and porting each manifold on a case-by-case basis.

Holley 300-25 with 6901...
