Has the centering ring for an msd crank trigger. I lathed the register off the ring so the mandrel slides through into the balancer, this way the hex is far enough past the crank trigger you can get a tool on it.
I ended up making my own 3 bolt style so didn't use this. Centering ring needs a slot broached or filed in it to fit your woodruff key.

I also have this bare 3 bolt style, this I bought used for mock up and it was too short for me, also 1-1/8" diameter.
On this one I cut the register a thou or 2 to fit inside an msd crank trigger without the centering ring, it just wouldn't quite fit before
