People will give these engibes away just to get rid of them. All you need do is pick them up.
I even got one delivered , for FREE. its like new inside.
Don't over think this. Don't overbuild it. $$$$.
Because I'd save money instead of making 100 trips to only find complete junk from scammers. And at least a salvage yard will swap for another if it's bad, provided they have another. Not everywhere is the same. 95% of what's for sale is blown up, seized up or worn out junk round here And overpriced!

I know as much as I can learn and try to keep an open mind to anything!

If I didn't overthink stuff I wouldn't be on speedtalk!

Yes sir, just the “shorty” style swap headers. Not ideal for sure but it will work. I’ve thought a lot about getting a 192 from the blower shop for the Sierra but boy they are pricey! I would probably just add another meth injection kit to the s10 rather than take it off the Sierra.

As soon as I posted this a guy listed up two complete 350’s. One was an 010 block and the other is a late 80’s early 90’s TBI motor block 727. He said he would take $500 for both. But of course as soon as I message him someone showed up with cash for the 010 block. He said he would take $250 for the TBI. While I would have rather had the 010, maybe I could get luck and the TBI 727 will have the provisions for a roller cam!

Hell, I’ve never used nitrous, maybe it’s time to try 100-150 shot!

If you do get beyobd a 100 hp nos shot power level I'd recomend you do your testing with high octane gasoline 100 r,+m/2 or more race gas. As well as the water/methanol system.
Initial the Nitrous has a strong "intercooling effect" chills down the blower and charge air temp like magic at modest shot levels.
Beyobd this. sat 200-300 + hp nos shot and things get seriious as cpmbustion getS INTENSE and power gain is INTENSE. your tuning window gets narrower.

This is why experimenting with a low cost easily replaced engine like a chev 305 is fun as its pretty trama free $$$ if you get over the edge and parts fly. 😋

The whole idea is to AVOID detonation reguardless of engine or power level.
