Literally every single machine shop in the world has a manual lathe sitting there doing nothing they use for odd jobs or cutting off part of tits. Literally no setup required, their jaws should all already be true. Literally a 10 minute job for anyone with a lathe to do.

I've wasted hundreds at local M-shops, it was 100% worth it for me to ship and get exactly what I wanted.
