Machinists stampings on pad?
Hello, can anyone comment or care to guess what these numbers are on the PAD on the front of the block? This is an 880 roller block that was remanufactured, the block deck does not appear to be decked. The Silvo-lite rebuilder pistons were down .035 in the hole measured before disassembly. I do not know if there were any markings when this block was new, or the translation of the current marks. I figured this would be the best place to ask with the machinists in here. Thank you.

So track down the rebuilder who put the markings there and ask them what, if anything, their secret code means. Do you really expect anyone who is not them to be able to decipher their internal codes?
